Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship only within the USA.

Standard shipping $8

Expedited shipping (priority, 2 day) $15

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise noted (e.g., during product launches, sales, or backorder periods).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We primarily ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by destination and service selected.
Once your package is scanned by USPS, it is considered in the custody of the carrier. At that point, any delivery issues must be handled directly with USPS.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your building manager to see if it was received on your behalf.
Contact your local USPS office. They can provide GPS delivery coordinates and speak directly with your mail carrier.
If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a Mail Theft Report with USPS and a police report if applicable.

⚠️ Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS. We cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Claims for Missing or Damaged Items

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include photos of packaging and items when possible.

Backorders & Delays

If your item is on backorder or delayed, you will be notified by email. You may choose to wait or request a refund before the item ships.
