Johnny Glocks California Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

Hey California fam — we know how confusing the new laws are, so here’s exactly how we’re handling shipping to California.

All California orders require adding the California Compliance item to your cart before checkout: California Compliance Product Link

This ensures your order follows the required legal steps under California laws (AB-1263 and SB-704).

YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS

1) Direct to Customer (DTC)

You can ship directly to your address if you complete the required verification steps.

Requirements:

  • Shipping name and address must match your ID
  • ID verification (completed after checkout)
  • Signed attestation form
  • Adult signature required on delivery

Shipping Methods:

  • UPS Ground + Adult Signature
  • Orders shipping by UPS leave the shop Tuesdays and Fridays.

2) Ship to FFL or Law Enforcement Agency

You can ship your order to a licensed FFL dealer or Law Enforcement Agency.

Requirements:

  • Shipment must be addressed to a valid FFL or agency
  • Signed attestation form

Shipping Methods:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail

How It Works

  1. Place your order and select the appropriate California shipping option (direct to customer or ship to FFL)
  2. Complete the required steps sent to your email (verification and/or attestation)
  3. Once all requirements are completed, your order will ship

Important

  • Orders will not ship until all required steps are completed
  • Orders missing required steps will be placed on hold
  • If verification fails or information does not match, the order may be canceled and refunded (less applicable processing fees)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Orders shipping by UPS leave the shop Tuesdays and Fridays.

Which FFLs Are Accepted

We currently ship to:

  • FFL-01 (Dealer)
  • FFL-07 (Manufacturer)
  • FFL-08 (Importer)
