Trigger Recommendations
We get asked this so much we made a video on it! Watch video here.
Quick summary:
- The Evolution X is 100% OEM parts while the 4311 is 100% aftermarket parts.
- Evolution X parts are polished by hand. 4311 is polished by machine.
- 4311 is Ultra smooth, more take up (for safety), less defined wall with a semi rolling brake, and incredible short quick reset. Evolution X has very little pre-travel to a defined wall with crisp break and short reset.
- The 4311 breaks further back whereas the Evolution X breaks out front.
Bottom line, if you're carrying defensively, get the Evolution X Combat Trigger Kit. It's our number one seller for a reason! The best for your EDC.
The video guide below delves into the distinct designs and intended uses of each kit. View video here.
The Evolution X Combat drop in will be the best for a duty carry weapon. It is approved with over 400 different agencies and departments across the USA.
We also offer a discount for law enforcement and military. Link is for your unique promo code.
Either the 4311 or the Evolution X Combat drop in.
If you are defending yourself with the weapon I would probably go for the Evolution X.
Trigger Troubleshooting
I have a video called Flat Face Fixes that may help this: video link for Flat Face Fixes.
Seems like you might need to tune it a little bit because of your trigger pull. Also make sure you're not landing deep to the knuckle or it will never disengage. Your finger has to land flat on a flat shoe. There's always a bit of a learning curve when you have new equipment.

Watch this video called "Flat Face Fixes" on my youtube channel. It will show you how to cut some coils from the the trailer safety tab spring. That will help to dial it in.
99.9% of the time this does the trick.
If it doesn't, send us a message with a video of what's going on.
