The Glock performance trigger is a major improvement on the stock trigger. Even with these improvements it still has inefficiencies. The new VEX trigger shoe upgrade is designed specifically to addresses these inefficiencies. It is a plug and play replacement that is easily set screw installed and unbelievably user friendly. The design incorporates the revolutionary VEX trigger shoe platform with all of its enhancements.

Beyond these physical enhancements the VEX trigger shoe upgrade also addresses all the Glock performance trigger action inefficiencies. These include excessive pretravel, excessive over travel, as well as an incredibly LONG reset.

Minimal overtravel with it's corresponding short reset length is what sets an exceptional performance trigger apart from one that is mediocre. The VEX trigger shoe upgrade remedies all the aforementioned short comings and beyond by:

Reducing pre travel to the absolute minimal distance while ensuring 100% safety
Completely removing any over travel
Creating a solid dead stop post break feel
Achieving the absolute shortest reset as functionally possible
Ability to fine tune reset for all stock and after market connector

Look elsewhere! Not a upgrade at all!

If I could I would give no stars at all honestly.
First the product pictures show a trigger with threaded set screws. The trigger I recieve is his "new & improved design" with anti roll pins for the same price? Hammer in pin vs threaded set screw? These anti roll pins are COMPLETE TRASH and will not hold there shape when hammering in and out.
Once I installed the trigger the fit and reliability was no where to be found. It made my trigger sloppy and not funtion correctly. Even after adjusting the over travel screw. I installed the original trigger back and it worked fine.

Look elsewhere for a adjustable trigger.
Or if you can find his V1 trigger second hand you're better off getting that or just not getting this trigger at all.

Also if you reach out via email expect a wait then get a couple words to one (1) sentence as a response back after explaining everything.

Don't dare to bring up anything about returning the purchased item; ALL communication will halt and you wont get ANY response back. Ghost of Johnny now?

Look elsewhere for your trigger upgrade. This aint it!

GPT vex shoe

Honestly wasn’t happy with the GPT on my G34 gen 3 even with a reduced power safety plunger spring and a 4.5 striker spring. The oem shoe felt like it was dragging and my pull averaged 4.5-4.75 lbs. I later installed a TTI ultimate connector and that was a great improvement dropping my pull weight to 3.5-3.75 pounds but I still had the problem with the oem dragging. Now I installed the vex shoe and it completely changed my gun, no more dragging and a super short reset. I can’t wait to try the polished striker and trigger bar

Great trigger shoe, unfortunately unreliable.

I purchased this shoe to add to my GPT, and it truly is amazing. Unfortunately the issue is with the tiny hex pins that attach it to the trigger bar, and also “pin” the safety blade. The pin I loctited and installed to connect to the bar has not had issues; however, the hex pin installed to hold in the safety blade that was installed at the factory sheared and the pin part is stuck in the blade/shoe. It is still operable but I don’t trust it as it don’t know if it will ever dislodge and the blade has more movement than it should from being only captured on one side. I unfortunately can’t remove the broken peice to fix properly. At this price point it was very disappointing, especially for a shoe that performs this well.

This trigger shoe is phenomenal. The feel, function, and customization ability truly sets it apart from other makes. Johnny and his team were stellar with the installation and customer service, and will absolutely be buying more in the future. Fixes the over travel and slop of the Glock performance trigger. Get the + connector as well. Much better defensive feel and predictability 💪

Super easy to install great instructions as well. Put a few round through it literally the best filling trigger out there I feel. Highly recommend the Johnny Glocks vex trigger shoe for the Glock performance trigger.

I am extremely happy with my new combat trigger. This was my first installation, but I followed along step by step with Johnny's YouTube tutorial. Had an issue with over travel initially, but it was addressed in the video and instruction card. It ended up being a fairly easy trouble shoot, and taught me how to adjust the trigger myself.

Took it straight to the range after for a test run. Zero malfunctions.

Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be picking up another at some point.

I did some rework on my Glock 48 and the trigger felt much better but then I installed the Johnny Glock trigger and it is fantastic! I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6! I ordered a Glock 19 Gen 4 trigger as well. It was easy and quick to install.

I have tried other products and did some work on my own also. This trigger is a significant improvement over the stock trigger and the work that I did.
