Gen 6 is different enough that much of the aftermarket built up for Gen 3-5 simply won’t work with Gen 6, but that didn’t stop Johnny Glocks from jumping on adapting their triggers to work with Gen 6. Released only about a month after Gen 6 hit the market, Johnny Glocks VEX 6 was available within a couple of days of when my Gen 6 G17 arrived. Perfect timing.

Installing the VEX 6 is nearly the exact same as any other Glock trigger. If you can detail strip a Glock, you can install the VEX 6 with ease.

Offered in two flavors, Defensive and Competitive, the VEX 6 cuts weight off the trigger pull and makes it a lot less mushy than the OEM. While the factory trigger is decent, VEX 6 is a nice improvement.

My Glock no longer feels like a Glock!

Recently purchased a brand new Glock 45 gen 6. The gun was ok out of the box but I hated the trigger. After researching the various options available for the gen 6 G45 I decided on the Vex 6 defensive trigger system. I wanted to retain all of the Glock safety features Glock is know for with a better reset, more tactical trigger.
Yesterday I finally shot the Glock and now really enjoy shooting the pistol. At the same time I made a few other changes (brass plug, brass backstrap, tungsten uncaptured guide rod) and now the gun no longer feels like a Glock! It feels GREAT!

VEX 6 GEN 6 g19

I purchased the vex6 Defensive trigger with meatal shoe and striker. It's the best trigger I've ever used in a Glock. reset is awesome, it's fast and defined. The only issue I have is I own 12 more Glocks, and it will take me a long time to save up the money to switch all of the triggers out to a Johnny Glock trigger. truly money well spent

Great product! Worth the money.

These guys are amazing! The trigger is excellent. It’s far better than the stock trigger. I have the defensive package to still have the right amount of poundage on the trigger. I would recommend this option if you intend to edc with it.

Vex6 + Polished Striker = Awesome

What a huge improvement for my 19 Gen 6 COA. I purchased the VEX 6 Defensive kit along with the polished striker and installed it without issue. This was my first venture into changing internal components of a firearm, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Performs beautifully. Not a single issue after 1,000 rounds. Smooth and crisp. Love your products, Johnny! Awesome job. I don't know what you'll do next, but I'll keep coming back to check. Thank you.

Fantastic Trigger and Customer Service

I installed the Vex 6 defensive full trigger kit on my Gen 6 45 and I have to say it's worth every penny. The trigger feels exactly as it's advertised. I also spoke with Johnny on the phone because I was having an issue with my trigger, that I later discovered was due to my original housing being out of spec. Johnny sent me out a free housing "In the name of safety" which fixed my problem. Great company and I will be buying more products from them in the future.

I am extremely happy with my new combat trigger. This was my first installation, but I followed along step by step with Johnny's YouTube tutorial. Had an issue with over travel initially, but it was addressed in the video and instruction card. It ended up being a fairly easy trouble shoot, and taught me how to adjust the trigger myself.

Took it straight to the range after for a test run. Zero malfunctions.

Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be picking up another at some point.

I did some rework on my Glock 48 and the trigger felt much better but then I installed the Johnny Glock trigger and it is fantastic! I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6! I ordered a Glock 19 Gen 4 trigger as well. It was easy and quick to install.

I have tried other products and did some work on my own also. This trigger is a significant improvement over the stock trigger and the work that I did.
