DesignIntention- This trigger system is specifically designed for defensive applications where safety, predictability, and reliability are priority. Functioning optimally between 3.5 & 4.5lb break weight this performance system instills unwavering confidence in your defensive carry Glock. The pre travel is adjustable**,however for this system it is reduced and seized at 1/8th of an inch. The wall is defined and highly predictable. This combination is imperative for gun-fighting and tactical applications. It equips the operator with an index for consistency and predictability as well as insurance against stress induced autonomic discharge. The Break is quick and crisp with a glass rod snap feel. The short, fast, tactile and aggressive reset is unavoidably present. This combined with zero over travel is quintessential for controlling follow up shot placement in a defensive context. Collectively this trigger system is designed to maximize terminal ballistics while minimizing collateral damage. The focus is, with all sincerity, keeping you alive.
Physical Modifications and Enhancements-Mechanically the trigger bar is smoothed and de-burred of any tooling. Then it is re-edged and re-radiused with a proprietary method consistent for defensive application. Several other modifications and enhancements are performed on the trigger bar to maximize the ultra smooth drag free movement of the bar over polymer and metal parts. The trigger shoe and trigger housing's adjustable set screws are 18/10 stainless steel, tip ground, polished, and loctite seized. Also, the trigger housing has several propitiatory enhancements to assure smooth friction free action. The trigger safety tab protrusion is flushed to match the trigger shoe surface relieving trigger finger bite.The connector is reworked, re-edged, and uniquely angled creating all the distinctive traits of this particular systems break feel and reset action. The firing pin safety plunger and reduced power spring is modified and enhanced for smoother disengagement action. All these parts are designed to work in concert and mated specifically to one another to create an extraordinary defensive trigger system.
**OEM & JG VEX versions are both pictured however if you want the JG VEX it must be added in the third menu called UPGRADES
**JG VEX shoes pre-travel is non adjustable but is fixed at the minimum safe distance.

Finally makes my 43x fun to shoot.
I got this kit with the shoe and striker upgrade hoping it would fix the big issue with my 43x, the godawful trigger. I love the 43x as an EDC gun due to it's size and shape, but after putting about 500 rounds through it, I still never got used to the feel of the action or the shape of the slimline trigger, so I went out looking for a good trigger, which led me here. This kit fixed the issue and then some. Everything feels smooth but crisp, and the new trigger shoe feels awesome. If you don't love how your 43x/48 shoots, try this kit before strapping a bunch of random accessories on to it, because this kit transforms the gun entirely.

Unreal!!! Won’t believe it until you try!
So from a standard 43x trigger to a HS “Skimmer” trigger and wasn’t impressed. Going to a OEM polished “Skimmer” parts kit and paying $100 plus, one would think it would be a noticeable improvement. However it was not and made me very skeptical of purchasing another kit, especially at the $200 plus price point. Doing the research and watching JG’s videos was impressed with the insane attention to detail of the already tried and proven Glock platform. I pulled the trigger on the kit and was blown away (no pun intended). First dry fire after striker, detent and trigger w/JG metal shoe instal was nothing short of awesome. Performs as advertised with a crisp predictive break and awesome reset. JG states the initial travel is long but I didn’t see it to even be really noticeable so another plus factor for this kit. The metal shoe is just rockstar and didn’t have to mess with any adjustments. My 19 and 45 will be getting the same setup. JG YOUR A ROCKSTAR….thank you sir!

Awesome customer service, and exceptional trigger
I've gotta say this place goes above and beyond! I called to figure out about a part that I needed to replace because I lost it after hours. I actually received a response from them which was unexpected considering the time that I called. I was just hoping to get a voicemail to get info or leave a message. Im using the standard glock spring in place until I get the replacement, but the trigger is phenomenal and can't wait to see how much better it will be once it is up and running how Mr. Johnny intends it to run. I am a law enforcement officer by trade and depend on my service weapon every day. I will be dealing with Mr. Johnny glock with all my future purchases for myself and all my officers who want an upgraded trigger. Thanks again Johnny glock!

I am extremely happy with my new combat trigger. This was my first installation, but I followed along step by step with Johnny's YouTube tutorial. Had an issue with over travel initially, but it was addressed in the video and instruction card. It ended up being a fairly easy trouble shoot, and taught me how to adjust the trigger myself.
Took it straight to the range after for a test run. Zero malfunctions.
Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be picking up another at some point.

I did some rework on my Glock 48 and the trigger felt much better but then I installed the Johnny Glock trigger and it is fantastic! I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6! I ordered a Glock 19 Gen 4 trigger as well. It was easy and quick to install.
I have tried other products and did some work on my own also. This trigger is a significant improvement over the stock trigger and the work that I did.
