A perfect matchup with Timney Alpha Trigger. It makes it that much better!
I am writing my review with a clear focus on Johnny Glock Customer Service. I had a great experience that I had to share. Customer Service is often overlooked and under-appreciated. Honestly, where has anyone received ~$500 -$1000 worth of customer service for a small ~$150 purchase order. I did! Hands down JG offered me the best customer service I have ever experienced! Recently purchased the VEX Trigger Shoe for a Timney Alpha Competitive Trigger-Glock 19 Gen 5. Gunsmith installed though needing a secondary & final adjustment to the “overtravel” screw to optimize the trigger. At around 4:40PM EST, I opened a “CHAT” dialog on the Johnny Glock website to post a brief description of what I was feeling with the initial VEX Trigger Shoe install/setup. Twenty minutes later (5:00PM) I received a very detailed instructional reply directly from Johnny Glock on how to make the necessary adjustments to pass along to my Gunsmith (note: only to mention my gunsmith’s first name and store name). No phone number or address provided. Not 15 minutes later I received another email from Johnny Glock stating that he searched personally for and contacted my gunsmith in Charlotte, NC, and that all was set for me to just drop off the firearm for the final adjustment. He stated that my gunsmith was fully briefed on how to make the final adjustment. Next day, I visited my gunsmith (Steve), at the Hyatt Gun Store, Charlotte, NC. Steve had an expression on his face, a look of amazement. He confirmed the call directly from Johnny Glock and received detailed instructions on final adjustments. Steve expressed he was surprised and amazed to receive a call directly from Johnny Glock, as if he felt he spoke with a celebrity. I myself was not only amazed by the quick response from Johnny the prior evening but also by Johnny taking the time to contact my gunsmith to ensure I was going to receive an optimized trigger. Ten (10) minutes later, I am handed a “perfectly optimized” VEX Trigger shoe in my Glock 19m Gen 5. SHAZAM! I am a very satisfied with the final configuration! I would be amiss to omit stating the obvious. Johnny Glock simply offers World Class Customer Service. Rest assured and be confident that any product you purchase from Johnny Glock will be supported in a timely manner 100%. Priceless! A rare commodity in today’s world. Cheers!
