This kit will convert your Timney Alpha Glock competition trigger into an effective defensive carry trigger system. It will give you a stout predictable hard wall with an adjustable break weight ranging from 3.75-4.75 depending on what striker spring is installed. The over travel and reset are adjustable as well.

Best upgrade ever

Took the Timney to a whole new level. Timney still had a long break, with several friction points, or “walls” after the first wall. Now it basically has one very defined wall and an amazingly short reset. Johnny knows his s#!t. Next trigger will be full JG on the 43x.

Best Upgrade Hands Down

The Timney Glock Trigger is a great trigger, it has a crisp break, but it also has a longer reset. This package solves it, and it feels like you’re getting the most out of the trigger. I do recommend buying the stronger return spring since it’s better than the stock springs.

This should be included with every Timney sold!

I installed a stock Timney Alpha trigger in a Gen4 G17 and it frankly wasn't very good. Light break but that's about it. The JG combat conversion kit with the extra power spring has the Timney working like it should have out of the box. Only had to make a 1/4 turn adjustment to the overtravel stop set screw and I was very happy. My next drop-in trigger will defiantly be a JG!

Excellent upgrade to the Timney Alpha Trigger

I purchased Timney JG trigger shoe and the Timney combat conversion kit turning my Glock 17 into a night stand pistol I have total confidence my ability to place my shots where they need to be sent when they need to be sent there , and I hope and pray the need never arises to have to send it . But if I have to it will never happen by accident , thanks to Johnny Glock !

I am extremely happy with my new combat trigger. This was my first installation, but I followed along step by step with Johnny's YouTube tutorial. Had an issue with over travel initially, but it was addressed in the video and instruction card. It ended up being a fairly easy trouble shoot, and taught me how to adjust the trigger myself.

Took it straight to the range after for a test run. Zero malfunctions.

Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be picking up another at some point.

I did some rework on my Glock 48 and the trigger felt much better but then I installed the Johnny Glock trigger and it is fantastic! I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6! I ordered a Glock 19 Gen 4 trigger as well. It was easy and quick to install.

I have tried other products and did some work on my own also. This trigger is a significant improvement over the stock trigger and the work that I did.
