Leveling Up Glock Triggers: Shop Upgrades & Polishing Process

Big things are happening at Johnny Glocks. We’re upgrading the shop to deliver even more precision in our custom Glock trigger work. From new equipment to an advanced polishing process, every step is designed to maximize performance and control.

Upgrading the Glock Trigger Shop

We’ve cleared space and started installing new tools, including a utility sink with water and drainage, plus a powerful polishing machine. These upgrades will streamline production and help us achieve even greater consistency in our aftermarket Glock trigger parts.

Glock Trigger Polishing Process

Our trigger bars—such as Gen 5 models—undergo an intensive polishing cycle. Each part runs 20 hours a day for more than 10 days in a cob media solution. This eliminates imperfections, creates a mirror-like surface, and ensures the smooth pull and crisp break Glock shooters demand.
