On a Striker Fired system the striker, specifically the lug face surface, determines half of your break feel. Another major consideration are the shelves that interface with the safety plunger. Both of these areas are highly susceptible to drag thereby compromising the brake feel and function. This Striker is performance enhanced which means the Lug face surface and the shelf ledges are de-tooled, refaced, honed to 30,000 grit then high polished to eliminate any drag in the system. It also comes as a full assembly w/cups, spring, and spacer. This striker paired with the proprietary changes made to the Seer of the EVOLUTION X kits addresses all interfacing surfaces of the striker firing system in complete totality. This upgrade in almost all cases drops the break weight by 5 oz.

Nice addition

Purchased the GPT competition setup for my 17/5 back in Novemember. At the time I didn’t purchase the striker assembly. I loved the trigger and this just made it complete. I have the evolution x competition for my 34 and evolution combat for my 10 mm. Hard to say one is my favorite.

Bought an aftermarket market slide, had some light strikes, this solved the problem, I’ve got 2 JG triggers, one Gen 3 and a gen 5, will be more in my future

Consistent AF

I put a comp on my 43x and had issues with light primer strikes. Even after switching out the RSA, my 43x was picky with ammo. After dropping in this striker, I have had ZERO light primer strikes. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with my new combat trigger. This was my first installation, but I followed along step by step with Johnny's YouTube tutorial. Had an issue with over travel initially, but it was addressed in the video and instruction card. It ended up being a fairly easy trouble shoot, and taught me how to adjust the trigger myself.

Took it straight to the range after for a test run. Zero malfunctions.

Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be picking up another at some point.

I did some rework on my Glock 48 and the trigger felt much better but then I installed the Johnny Glock trigger and it is fantastic! I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6! I ordered a Glock 19 Gen 4 trigger as well. It was easy and quick to install.

I have tried other products and did some work on my own also. This trigger is a significant improvement over the stock trigger and the work that I did.
